How to Buy an Aerobatic Flight Voucher
Choose a package, provide the recipient and billing details, and complete payment. The voucher PDF is sent after payment confirmation; the flight date is arranged separately.
Step 1: pick a package
The three that cover most cases: First Flight at 2,222 PLN for up to 10 minutes with up to +4G, Adrenaline at 3,111 PLN for 20 minutes with the full sequence and up to +6G, and Couple Adrenaline at 5,999 PLN for two people flying one after the other on the same day. If you are buying for somebody else and cannot judge, a fixed-value voucher at 2,000, 3,000 or 5,000 PLN lets them choose at booking.
Step 2: add the extras you want
The 360° onboard video costs 299 PLN and has to be ordered before the flight, since the cameras are fitted to the airframe beforehand. A ground photographer is 249 PLN for at least five images within 48 hours, and a framed A3 print of the best frame is 199 PLN.
Step 3: pay
Card, BLIK or instant bank transfer through PayNow. Foreign cards work. A VAT invoice is issued automatically, so if a company is buying, enter the company details at checkout rather than afterwards.
Step 4: check your inbox
The voucher arrives as a PDF after payment confirmation, carrying a unique code in the format AKR-XXXX-XXXX. It is valid for 12 months. If you are buying a gift for a future date, you can have it delivered by email on a day you choose, so a November purchase can land on a February birthday.
Step 5: the recipient books a date
Dates are arranged after signing in at akrobacja.com/konto with the voucher code, or over WhatsApp if that is easier. The flying season runs April to October. We answer in English.
What if plans change
- Weather. If conditions do not allow a proper sequence, the slot moves. Contact us to confirm the arrangements before travelling; weather can also change on the day.
- The recipient cannot make the date. Rebooking is free with reasonable notice.
- Somebody else wants to fly instead. The voucher is not tied to a name until the flight is booked.
- The 12 months are running out. Contact us before it expires rather than after.
Buying for a group
Four people flying the full Adrenaline in one day is the Friends & Family package at 11,111 PLN, lunch included. For larger corporate groups, or for a company that wants an aerobatic display rather than introductory flights, ask directly rather than buying online.
