Flexible dates. Bad weather or illness means a free new date within the voucher validity, and if we cancel the flight, the validity is extended by the delay. Voucher valid for 12 months. You can change your package or transfer the voucher to someone else.

No. We conduct a briefing before every flight, including the programme, communication and safety procedures. The pilot flies the aircraft and adjusts the programme to the conditions and your response.
Because you pay for a specific aircraft and a specific pilot, not for an anonymous "aerobatic flight". Included: the Extra 300L SP-EKS (an aerobatic aircraft of the type flown in competition), a flight with Maciej Kulaszewski, FAI World Champion 2022, a programme set at the 20-minute briefing, a debriefing, a flight certificate, accident insurance, a PDF voucher after payment confirmation and online date booking. Generally good health is required. Contraindications include heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy and recent surgery. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
If we cancel the flight because of weather, a technical issue with the aircraft or an air traffic services decision, you get a new date at no charge and the voucher validity is extended by the delay. You can also move the flight yourself at no charge, including when you are ill or feel unwell. Tell us before the flight in your account or message Maciej on +48 739 158 131, ideally at least 48 hours ahead, and in case of illness as soon as you can. The new date must fall within the voucher validity.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You book the date yourself in your account (akrobacja.com/en/konto) and the instructor confirms it, or you arrange it with Maciej: +48 739 158 131, voucher@akrobacja.com.

If you feel nauseous or unwell in any other way, tell the pilot on the intercom straight away. The pilot will adjust the programme and move to calm flying as soon as it is safe to do so. You agree the communication rules during the briefing.
Yes. You buy the voucher without a fixed flight date, so as a consumer you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Just email info@akrobacja.com and we refund the full amount within 14 days.
Yes. The Extra 300L SP-EKS carries mandatory third-party and participant liability insurance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 785/2004, and the participant is covered by accident insurance (NNW) for the duration of the flight.
From age 13. A minor flies with the written consent of a legal guardian. There is no upper age limit, what counts is your health.
