Questions & answers
What to know before you buy a gift voucher.
How soon will I receive the voucher after purchase?
The PDF voucher is emailed within seconds of payment confirmation. You can print it or forward it to the recipient. If you give a phone number, you will also get the voucher code by SMS.
Yes. The voucher is bought without a fixed flight date, so as a consumer you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, and the full amount is refunded. The right of withdrawal is described in section IX of the terms.
Where does the flight take place?
Radom-Piastów Airport (EPRP), ul. Lotników 1, 26-600 Radom. 1 h–1 h 15 min by car from Warsaw on the S7. Free parking.
Do I need any experience?
The beginner packages need no flying experience. Masterclass requires a valid PPL(A) licence or higher. Before you buy, check the participant requirements, including health restrictions, age, weight and height. If you have any health concerns, consult your doctor about taking part.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Enter the NIP (Polish tax number) in the checkout form and we will issue a VAT invoice to the company. Adrenaline and Masterclass are often bought as corporate gifts for clients or employees.
What are the health restrictions?
Good general health is required: no serious heart conditions, a weight limit of 110 kg and a height of up to 195 cm. If in doubt, consult your doctor; we can help you choose a package.
What is the minimum age?
From age 13. A minor flies with the written consent of a legal guardian. There is no upper age limit, what counts is your health.
What if the recipient cannot fly on the agreed date?
The date can be changed at no charge, including when the recipient is ill or feels unwell. Tell us before the flight in the account or message Maciej on +48 739 158 131, ideally at least 48 hours ahead, and in case of illness as soon as possible. The new date must fall within the voucher validity. If we cancel the flight because of weather, a technical issue with the aircraft or an air traffic services decision, the voucher validity is extended by the delay. Details are in the terms.
How do I get to Radom-Piastów Airport (EPRP)?
The airport is about 100 km from Warsaw, roughly 1 h–1 h 15 min by car on the S7. Parking at the airport is free. Address: Radom-Piastów Airport (EPRP), ul. Lotników 1, 26-600 Radom. If the recipient travels from another city, we are happy to recommend a place to stay nearby.
