I. General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the sale of vouchers for introductory flights on the aerobatic aircraft Extra 300L (registration mark SP-EKS) through the akrobacja.com website (hereinafter: the "Website").
- The Website owner and voucher seller is Doradztwo Paweł Mamcarz, registered at ul. Jesionowa 18, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 7122188089 (hereinafter: the "Operator").
- Introductory flights are performed in accordance with:
- Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 of 5 October 2012 (Article 6(4a)(c)),
- Guidelines No. 9/2025 of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority (ULC) of 9 July 2025 on the conduct of introductory flights,
- Visual Flight Rules (VFR) by day,
- NCO (Non-Commercial Operations) requirements specified in Annex VII to Regulation 965/2012.
- The Operator is a declared training organisation authorised to conduct introductory flights in accordance with § 3 of Guidelines No. 9/2025 of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority.
- The aircraft Extra 300L (SP-EKS) is a non-complex aeroplane holding a valid Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA) issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 (§ 4(1) of the Guidelines).
II. Definitions
- Voucher — a document (in PDF form) confirming the acquisition of the right to take an introductory flight in the selected package, containing a unique alphanumeric code.
- Introductory flight — an aerial operation within the meaning of Article 2(9) of Regulation 965/2012, i.e. a flight against remuneration or other form of consideration consisting of a short round flight intended to introduce someone to aviation or to attract new pupils or members of an organisation.
- Customer — a natural person who purchases a Voucher through the Website.
- Participant — a person taking the introductory flight on the basis of the Voucher (the Customer or a person designated by the Customer).
- Pilot-in-command — a person holding the qualifications set out in § 5 of Guidelines No. 9/2025 of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority, personally performing the flight.
III. Packages and prices
- The Operator offers the following packages:
- First Flight — introductory flight: ground briefing and preparation (approx. 20 min) + flight up to 15 minutes, including basic aerobatic figures. No prior aviation experience required. Price: 1,999 PLN;
- Adrenaline — introductory flight: briefing (approx. 40 min) + flight of approx. 20 minutes with a full aerobatic programme + debriefing (approx. 15 min). No prior aviation experience required. Price: 2,999 PLN;
- Masterclass — training session for pilots holding a PPL(A) licence: briefing + 2 flights (up to 50 minutes total airborne time) + debriefing covering each figure. Includes spin recovery and advanced figures. A valid PPL(A) licence is required. Price: 4,999 PLN.
- Each package may be supplemented with the 360° Flight Video add-on (post-production + MP4 file) for an additional fee of 299 PLN.
- All prices are gross prices (VAT included).
- The maximum planned duration of a single flight does not exceed 50 minutes, in accordance with § 6(4) of the Guidelines.
- The Masterclass package requires the Participant to hold a valid PPL(A) licence or higher. The Operator reserves the right to verify the licence before the flight.
IV. Voucher purchase procedure
- A voucher is purchased through the Website by:
- selecting a package and optional add-ons,
- completing the order form (full name, email address, optionally VAT ID for an invoice),
- completing payment through the Stripe payment processor (payment card, Przelewy24, BLIK).
- Once payment is confirmed, the Customer receives:
- the voucher as a PDF file sent to the email address provided,
- the option to download the voucher from the Website using a unique code,
- a VAT invoice or receipt (at the Customer's request).
- The sales contract is concluded at the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment processor.
V. Voucher validity and scheduling
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The flight date is agreed individually with the Operator by phone (+48 535 535 221) or email ([email protected]).
- The flight begins and ends at Radom-Piastów airfield (EPRP), entered in the register of airfields, in accordance with § 6(3) of the Guidelines.
- The Operator reserves the right to refuse to perform the flight or to change the date due to:
- adverse meteorological conditions that prevent VFR flight,
- technical limitations of the aircraft,
- airfield operating limitations,
- decisions of Air Traffic Services (ATS).
- Should a flight be cancelled for the reasons indicated in point 4, the Customer is entitled to rebook a new date free of charge. The voucher validity period is extended by the length of any delay caused by the Operator.
- After the validity period expires, the voucher loses its validity. An unused voucher is not refundable unless required by law.
VI. Participant requirements
- The minimum age of the Participant is 13 years (§ 7 of the Guidelines). Minors may take part only with the written consent of their legal guardians.
- On board the aircraft, in addition to the pilot-in-command, there may be no more than 1 person (the Extra 300L is a two-seat aircraft).
- The Participant's maximum body weight is approximately 110 kg and maximum height approximately 195 cm, as imposed by the cockpit dimensions of the Extra 300L.
- The Participant should be in generally good health. Contraindications include in particular:
- serious cardiac conditions,
- epilepsy,
- pregnancy,
- recent surgical procedures,
- being under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances.
- The Participant is obliged to inform the Operator of any circumstances that may affect the safety of the flight.
- The Operator reserves the right to refuse to perform the flight in case of justified doubts as to the health condition or sobriety of the Participant.
VII. Conduct of the introductory flight
- Before the flight, the Participant receives a briefing on the course of the flight, safety rules, use of on-board equipment and behaviour in emergency situations.
- The flight is personally conducted by a pilot-in-command holding the qualifications set out in § 5 of Guidelines No. 9/2025 of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority, in particular:
- a valid pilot licence with instructor privileges,
- documented experience of at least three take-offs and three landings on the Extra 300L in the last 90 days,
- knowledge of the area where flights are performed.
- The flight is conducted according to VFR rules by day (§ 4 of the Guidelines).
- The Operator ensures two-way communication with Air Traffic Services (ATS) during the flight (§ 6(2) of the Guidelines).
- For each flight, safe landing locations are designated from every point of the route in case of a powerplant failure (§ 6(5) of the Guidelines).
- The pilot-in-command may at any time decide to interrupt or modify the flight programme for safety reasons. The decision of the pilot-in-command is final and cannot be appealed against.
- The Participant is obliged to comply unconditionally with the instructions of the pilot-in-command and ground staff.
VIII. Insurance and liability
- The Extra 300L aircraft (SP-EKS) carries mandatory third-party and passenger liability insurance, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 785/2004.
- The Participant is covered by accident insurance (NNW) for the duration of the flight. Policy details are available on request.
- The Operator shall not be liable for damages resulting from:
- the Participant concealing information about their health condition,
- failure to follow the instructions of the pilot-in-command or ground staff,
- acts of force majeure.
IX. Right of withdrawal
- A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code and who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason (Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights).
- The right of withdrawal does not apply when the Voucher specifies a particular day or period of service performance (Article 38(1)(12) of the Consumer Rights Act — services related to leisure, entertainment or sporting events where the contract specifies the day or period of service performance).
- For vouchers without a fixed flight date (open voucher), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- A statement of withdrawal may be submitted by the Customer:
- by email to: [email protected],
- in writing to the Operator's registered address.
- In case of an effective withdrawal, the Operator shall refund all payments made by the Customer within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal, using the same payment method as the one used by the Customer.
X. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the purchase of a voucher or the performance of an introductory flight may be submitted:

- in writing to the Operator's registered address.
- A complaint should contain: the Customer's full name, the voucher code, a description and the reason for the complaint.
- The Operator shall consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and inform the Customer of its outcome.
XI. Personal data protection
- The Operator is the controller of personal data of Customers and Participants.
- Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- completion of the order and delivery of the voucher,
- issuing a VAT invoice,
- contacting the Customer about flight scheduling,
- fulfilling reporting obligations to the President of the Civil Aviation Authority (§ 9 of the Guidelines).
- The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except for:
- the payment processor (Stripe), to the extent necessary to complete the transaction,
- the email service provider (Resend), for the purpose of delivering the voucher,
- the President of the Civil Aviation Authority, as part of mandatory annual reporting.
- The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port their personal data. Requests should be sent to: [email protected].

XII. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- A Customer who is a consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint handling and pursuit of claims, including:
- mediation through provincial inspectors of the Trade Inspection,
- assistance from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman,
- the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
XIII. Final provisions
- The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes enter into force on the day of their publication on the Website and do not apply to orders placed before the date of the change.
- In matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and aviation law.
- A voucher is not a means of payment, a financial instrument or a voucher within the meaning of the VAT Act.
- A voucher may be transferred to a third party (the Participant). In such a case the Participant is obliged to meet the requirements set out in Chapter VI of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 16 March 2026.
